Welcome to your vacation log cabin in Talkeetna, Alaska!
The historic and quirky village of Talkeetna is located on the south side of the Alaska Range "Where the road ends and life begins", with activities like fishing, river boat tours, rafting, mushing, zipline tours, and browsing local arts & crafts shops. Talkeetna is a place you want to visit for more than just a day. Make My Alaska Cabin your base camp from where you can start excursions north to Denali National Park and State Park, and south to explore the Matanuska Valley.
Little Log Cabin — Grand View
My Alaska Cabin is perfect for two guests, but sleeps up to four people if you make use of the pull-out sleeper-sofa. We are located on a 5-acre property which we share when we have guests, so the only neighbors you may see is us. No crowds, no airport and train noises like you'd have in any downtown Talkeetna lodging. Simply peace, views, Alaska. A place to kick back and relax.
Kitchenette with pots, pans, and utensils, bathroom with shower and toilet, outdoor charcoal grill, chairs on the porch, fire pit with benches, surrounded by a wildflower garden... and of course our spectacular, one-of-a-kind, 180-degrees panoramic view: overlooking the treetops and mountains in the background—including Denali (formerly known as Mt. McKinley)!
